Customer Service Sales Co-ordinator Working in Trafford Park, Manchester Salary up to £19,500 per annum Full time 42.5 hours per week The Company An exciting opportunity is available to work for one of the world's largest non-operated equipment rental companies. This market leading supplier are growing fast. The Role You will be required to maximise sales revenue and ensure your customers are always satisfied by delivering excellent standards of service at all times. Dealing with all inbound telephone calls for the business, you will become a key part of the team in helping improve sales revenues by identifying opportunities for additional sales. The role will also involve ad hoc duties such as assisting with daily administration and fulfilment as well as contributing to the company's online content. Requirements for the Role Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is desirable. You will also need to possess good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems. To be successful in the role you will be required to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, prove you can deliver excellent customer service, and show an ability to remain calm under pressure whilst being able to review and resolve any issues and improve service standards.
