UK Parking Control have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Services Advisor to join their growing team based in Beaconsfield. Job Title: Senior Customer Services Advisor Location: Beaconsfield Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (hour for lunch) On occasion due to client visits, hours may need to vary The key responsibilities of this role are dealing with day to day queries for mid-tier UKPC clients, this should be done by telephone, written communication and in person. At all times a high quality of customer service must be maintained through both internal and externally communication using appropriate methods to ensure that an excellent level of customer service is delivered. Senior Customer Services Advisor - Key Responsibilities: - Management of mid-tier client relationship - Assisting Account Managers with admin duties - Attending site visits when required - Attend meetings with clients and tenants when required - nationwide - Resolution of a high volume of email requests from clients - Liaison with all areas of the business - Review and where necessary cancel or reducing parking charges for clients - Management of permit requests - Client reporting where necessary - Management of termination process - Liaison with appeals department to assist in query resolution - Production of client commission statements - Maintenance of data base and paper records - Addition of new sites to UKPC in house database - Management of client satisfaction surveys - Attendance at residents meetings when required - Offer latest UKPC services when applicable - Coordination of replacement signage process Senior Customer Services Advisor - Candidates will be effective at: - Answering a high volume of emails and maintaining a rapid response rate to agreed standards - Building relationships with new and existing clients. - Balancing client requirements within regulatory guidelines - Being multi skilled within the role and ensuring that were possible a one touch approach to the client is given - Having an excellent attention to detail - Working under pressure. - Demonstrating strong time management. Senior Customer Services Advisor - Experience, Knowledge & Skills: - Minimum of 2 years previous experience within a customer services environment - Experience of organising and attending face to face meetings with high level clients - Experience of working within a fast paced environment with a desire to exceed expectations - Ability to communicate with all internal/external contacts and clients in a confident, professional and positive manner - To work as part of a team and manage change whilst adopting a positive attitude if faced with challenging situations. - Be able to deal with verbal and written instructions. - Competent in all Microsoft office applications - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests or written requests - Full driving licence required, use of pool car Senior Customer Services Advisor - Behaviours: - Able to take ownership and accountability when making commercial decisions - Ability to deal with information with discretion - Flexible and adaptable approach - Pro-active and capable of working on own initiative - Thorough and persistent approach to work - Strong team work ethic To submit your CV for this exciting Senior Customer Services Advisor opportunity, please click 'Apply' now!
