National Account Manager (Home Based) £55,000pa OTE plus car allowance or company car and other benefits. Basic Salary £35,000pa Area: Essex, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk About our client: The company is a property marketing and technology company that works with the leading estate agency groups in the UK, to help them present their vendors' and landlords' properties in the best possible light. The company is a young and rapidly growing business, with further expansion planned for the future, so the opportunities for development are significant for the right candidate. The Role This is primarily a National Account Management role. You will be working with clients, either face to face or over the phone, to ensure they are fully trained on the relevant products and propositions. This will involve creating presentations, arranging training sessions, delivering the training content and then managing the follow-up process to ensure results are delivered. The main focus of this role is to ensure our clients achieve the best results for them and their customers, by optimising their use of our products and services. You will be expected to build strong and positive client relationships, particularly at Area Manager level, and, where possible, to help them overcome their challenges and deliver their objectives. Personal Skills Previous experience within Estate Agency is essential 3-5 years previous experience as an Account Manager with a proven track record of success in delivering increased revenue and building sustainable working relationships Working in a fast-paced environment, this role will suit someone who has good relationship skills and strong presentation abilities. You will need to be target driven, focused and highly organized, as well as enjoying helping others achieve and deliver their targets. You will need experience in overcoming objections, promoting best practices and, very occasionally, handling and resolving complaints. This role will involve dealing with colleagues and customers, so strong communications skills are essential. Other Requirements This is a national role so willingness to travel is required & some nights away from home are sometimes a requirement. Specific trainer qualifications are also not a requirement as the appropriate training will be given to the right candidate.
