ESTATE AGENT BRANCH CO-ORDINATOR - Clacton - £15,000 - £17,000pa Our client is a family-owned, Independent Estate Agency operating across North Essex and South Suffolk. They offer Residential Sales and Lettings services alongside Commercial, Land and Leasehold and Estate Management services. BRANCH CO-ORDINATOR The role of the Branch Co-ordinator is to work with your colleagues to service the current client base in your region, by providing excellent customer service. You will be part of a small team with an established portfolio of key clients. Key aspects of the role include, but are not limited to, as noted below: - Booking appointments for the sales and lettings team to attend - Correspondence with all clients - Assisting sales and lettings teams with admin as and when required - Booking inventories and check outs for property manager to attend - Processing references for lettings/process sales property files - Working with contracts team to ensure tenancy agreement is prepared and all referencing criteria is met - Working with property manager to ensure properties are ready for occupation - Organise and instruct completion of gas safety certificates - Adding properties to our lettings and sales software ready for marketing - Ensuring that marketing strategies for lettings and sales are adhered to throughout the marketing process - General office administration - Updating media and utility management online portal for new tenants - Booking and preparing valuation packs for lister - Working with marketing manager via Brief Your Market - Managing tenancy renewals with contracts team - Preparing weekly performance for lettings and sales for senior management - Embracing Rightmove to ensure used to maximum capacity - Meet and great clients and deal with their requirements - To attend on occasions out of hours company/PR duties You will be a team player working closely with staff in the office and others throughout the business, but also possess the ability to work well by yourself.
