Echo-U have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join their growing team based in Bournemouth. Job Title: Team Leader Location: Bournemouth, BH1 Salary: Competitive Job Type: Permanent, full-time Team Leader - About Us: An exciting, new opportunity now exists to join our fantastic team. Set in the centre of Bournemouth, Echo-U is a vibrant and fast-paced outsource contact centre, managing the customer, consumer and client relationships for some of the UK and Europe's leading brands. We have been growing rapidly over the past 4 years and opened our second site in Bournemouth in 2017. Due to further growth, we are delighted to be expanding our team by recruiting new Team Leaders to lead, support and inspire our fantastic customer service teams. Our growth is down to the success of our 'art of conversation' ethos and our fabulous people; we are looking for an experienced Team Leader with fantastic interpersonal skills to come on board and deliver our vision and future successes. Team Leader - The Role: Our successful candidate will be responsible for managing a customer service team working at both B2B and B2C level, effectively leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving KPIs and developing our people in line with our vision. Team Leader - Responsibilities: - To drive performance and people to ensure delivery of KPIs - To act as a role model; using the art of conversation to lead by example and to set and maintain professional standards - To manage, support and develop your team members through regular and meaningful 1:1 reviews, coaching and development - To engage and inspire our teams through exceptional interactions and support - To make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment - To undertake quality assurance to ensure fantastic customer service delivery - To liaise with all internal stakeholders, reporting on performance and highlighting trends - To be the first point of escalation for customer complaints; understanding and resolving issues and reporting on customer feedback - To inspire a people-centric culture of enablement and progression Team Leader - Skills and Experiences: - Experience of managing and motivating a team to deliver KPIs - Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment - Minimum 2 years' experience of a Team Leader role, preferably gained in the customer service, contact centre and/or outsourcing sectors - Ability to demonstrate leadership and management experience, emphasising communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain best practice - A strong desire to continue your professional development within an innovative business, and the ability to inspire others to do likewise To submit your CV for this exciting Team Leader opportunity, click 'Apply' today!
