The Sterling Group have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join their growing team based in Warrington. Job Title: Customer Service Advisor / Administrator Location: Warrington Salary: £17,000 per annum plus bonus Hours: 38.5 Hours per week (between 08:00 and 18:00), must be flexible An opportunity has arisen to join Centre Park Resources Limited, part of the Sterling Group, which is one of the longest established contractor organisations in the UK. Our commitment to customer service and support for our employees and sub-contractors means that the number of contractors working through the Sterling Group is growing daily with the majority of our employees and sub-contractors joining us based on recommendations from other contractors. Our primary business is the sub-contracting of employees employed through the Sterling Umbrella route within the construction industry as well as giving contractors the option to work through our self-employed route. Centre Park Resources are responsible for providing a professional, efficient and excellent service to all Sterling contractors. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor /Administrator to join our team. The Customer Service Advisors / Administrators are responsible for taking the inbound calls for the Company and providing administrative services to the Expenses Team. They are responsible for providing the best possible service to the contractors and clients, ensuring accurate and professional information is given, seeking out further assistance where required. Customer Service Advisor / Administrator - Key tasks involved: - Taking inbound calls from contractors and clients - Outbound retention calls - Dealing with telephone queries in a professional manner - Dealing with contractor payment queries and liaising with other teams and agencies where necessary - Expenses administration - Data Entry Candidates should have previous experience of working within a busy telephone based customer service role and should demonstrate a confident telephone manner, the ability to work in a pressurised environment, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team. Knowledge and experience of payroll and expenses would be advantageous but is not essential; however candidates will need to have good numeracy skills.
