***NEW ENTRY LEVEL VACANCY ALERT*** We are super excited to be recruiting a keen to learn, entry level Administrator to join our creative and fast moving clients based in Hook. Salary £15-16K depending on experience This administrative role is a rare opportunity for a school or college leaver with confident communications skills to gain office experience. Key responsibilities for the Administrator include; * Answering in-coming telephone calls * Sending emails, filing, preparing letters for post * Process customer orders onto a computerised system * Arrange meetings for management by reserving meeting rooms, welcoming visitors and managing refreshments * Photocopy, scan, and file appropriate documents when requested * Maintain accurate customer records whilst carrying out data entry in SAP * Assist with organising events when necessary, including photoshoots The ideal Administrator will need; * A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service * Confident verbal and written communication skills * Good MS Office skills * Be well-presented, reliable and have a willingness to learn and develop * Own transport essential; free on-site parking Hours 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday This role would suit a school/college leaver looking to take their 1st step on the career ladder.
