National Account Manager - Training & Development Provider Urgent Requirement The Role: Are you a good relationship builder with experience managing FTSE 100 accounts? Do you have a strong commercial awareness and ability to manage a team? We are presently working with a leader in the Learning and Development sector. Our client are a leading provider of training and development services to a range of blue-chip businesses both in the UK and Internationally. They provide bespoke solutions to cover the training needs of their clients working predominately with C-Suite. They are currently looking to hire a National Account Manager to proactively manage a number of their largest accounts with key corporates, whilst managing a team of 6 highly skilled Regional Account Managers. Our client works with some of the biggest brand names across finance, retail, education, and technology. Key Responsibilities: * You will be responsible for building relationships at a C-Suite level within blue chip organisations, ensuring a good continued working relationship between the business and our client. * Manage and coach a team of 6 Regional Account Managers to upsell and cross-sell across the range of accounts. Experience Required: The ideal candidate will have experience managing blue chip/ corporate accounts, maintaining effective client relationships whilst ensuring a good level of service. You will be able to work in an autonomous manner and have experience managing or mentoring junior staff members in an account management capacity. Candidates will have experience working as National Account Manager, Account Director, Senior Account Manager, Client Services Director, Client Relationship Director, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager or equivalent.
