Phillip Carroll have an exciting opportunity for Service Charge Administrators to join their growing team based in Altrincham, Cheshire. Job Title: Service Charge Administrators Location: Altrincham, Cheshire Salary: Up to £16,000 per annum, depending on experience Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 OR 09:00 to 17:30 Contract Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediate Phillip Carroll Associates Limited are a growing and forward thinking independent accountancy practice based in Altrincham, Cheshire. We provide a wide range of high quality accounting, financial and business services to both companies and individuals. In the service charge department, we assist property management agencies and property owners to meet their service charge obligations and obtain certification of expenditure, which will provide transparency and accountability required by the regulations. As a Service Charge Administrator, your position is a fundamental role completing the service charge reviews. You will work alongside other team members and will assist experienced service charge accountants, junior accounts assistants or apprentices. The role can be intense in our peak periods - but you'll get the assistance required and access to resources to help you day to day.
