Hiring Wizard are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join our growing team based at our head office in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. Job Type: Full Time / Permanent (B2B / Media & Recruitment Advertising) Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester (Town centre office, excellent transport links) Salary: Very competitive basic (dependent on experience) + Uncapped bonus (Realistic 1st year OTE £40,000) + amazing company benefits! What Is The Role? Working from our Altrincham head office, you will be supported by cutting edge lead generation software & ongoing training from our vastly experienced senior management team. Your role will be to identify businesses with a requirement for the Hiring Wizard Solution and, using a combination of e-mail & the telephone, having the tenacity & drive to reach the key decision maker(s) within those respective business. You will take the time to understand their challenges when it comes to recruitment and, using the full suite of time-saving, cost-saving Hiring Wizard tools & services, create a flexible solution to suit their budget and requirements, upselling & cross-selling where appropriate. It's vitally important that you are well organised, being sure to follow-up all calls as agreed with the client and logging each communication on to our CRM system. While this isn't a call-centre kind of environment, it's important that you are target driven & comfortable working to pre-agreed KPI's. You Must Be: - An excellent communicator (both written & oral) and able to understand how words can influence your client's feelings & actions. - Customer focused and someone who genuinely cares about getting the right result every time for your clients. - Commercially minded and able to create and position deals that represent the best value for the client while maximising margin. - Personable and able to build strong relationships through each client contact. - Positive with a 'can-do' attitude at all times, leading by example. - Well organised and able to plan your day / manage your time effectively. - Diligent and eager to learn and articulate often complex end-to-end recruitment solutions. - (Preferably) educated to a graduate level.
