Kerry Collins Recruitment are seeking a Senior Financial Administrator on a permanent basis for a reputable client based within Lichfield. Our client are an established environmental services company. The Successful candidate would be responsible for carrying out the below duties and who is ideally looking to work 30hrs per week. Senior Financial Co-ordinator duties; - Daily Bank reconciliation of bank accounts. - Opening the post and distributing. - Dealing with all aspects of the Purchase Ledger; Inputting of purchase invoices, matching delivery notes, matching to purchase order numbers and requisitions. - All invoices to be signed off by relevant manager. - Raising payments to suppliers in a timely manner. - Reconciling Supplier Statements. - Raising POs - Checking of Sales invoices, emailing to customer and posting to ledger. - Dealing with customer invoice queries. - Raising Month end Sales Invoices - Inputting invoices to customers portal - Inputting of all customer receipts via bank, and cheques received. - Emailing of Customer Statements - Credit Control for 2 companies - Quarterly VAT returns for all companies. - Controlling cash flow to keep within overdraft limit. - Checking of credit card transactions. - Accruals and Prepayments for all companies - Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts - Inter Company Account Reconciliation - Posting Accruals and Prepayments for all companies - Posting of Cashbook entries to nominal ledger - Preparing Monthly Management Accounts for all companies. - Running Month End and Year End on Sage Experience Required - Sage 50 Experience preferred - Ability to work with multiple clients Remuneration The position would suit an experienced individual who is looking to secure a new role and who could commit to a start date before the end of July. - The current position will be offered at a maximum annual salary of £23,000 - company pension - 20 days annual leave, increasing 1 day for every year of service to a maximum of 25. - Free onsite parking
