***NEW SALES & MARKETING ADMIN 12 MTH CONTRACT*** A super new 12 month maternity cover contract for an efficient Sales & Marketing Administrator has just landed for our clients based in Fleet. This is a varied and multi-discipline administration role providing support for the sales and marketing functions, quality and accounts departments. Salary £24K. Key responsibilities for the Sales & Marketing Administrator include; * Creating and distributing HTML e-newsletters using MailChimp * Maintaining and updating a number of existing Wordpress based websites * Production of online publications and formatting documents * Google Analytics website reporting * Image and pdf editing using Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat * Preparation of new literature * Sales order processing and arranging order delivery dates * Raise pro-forma invoices and credit notes The ideal Sales & Marketing Administrator will need; * To be able to commit to a 12 month maternity cover contract * Have previous sales & marketing office experience needed (experience within engineering an advantage) * Strong computer skills including Excel * Knowledge of SAP Business 1 software useful * Excellent organisational and time management skills essential * Confident verbal and written communication skills This is a super opportunity for a team player with bags of initiative and flexibility to enjoy a varied 12 month contract role. Hours 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday Free on-site parking
