Permanent Customer Support Administrator based in Stockport, £20,000 - £22,000 Your new company This software company based in Stockport is seeking a customer support administrator to join their exciting and vibrant team. Your new role You will be responsible for dealing with handling customer queries and providing support and advice to customers. You will be logging calls and managing your own call and issues list. You will also be addressing software issues and reporting on them such as issues with processing orders and dealing with pricing and online sales. Once issues are logged, you will also be required to keep customers updated on the progress of these issues. What you'll need to succeed Your experience within a customer service background will help you succeed in this role. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also be highly organised and have excellent problem solving skills. You will be PC literate and have an understanding of and ability to use Microsoft Office including Excel. You will be able to work in a team and also independently. You will have an excellent work ethic and are self-starter. An educational background or previous experience within a technical organisation or position will be beneficial for this role. You will also need to be available for out of hours work around once every 5 weeks. What you'll get in return You will receive an excellent salary of £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience.
