Your role will be to introduce existing business customers to new products, technology, services and innovation You will be allocated partners who are already using some of the products but are yet to experience the full gambit of technologies coming down the line. It will be your responsibility to gain their attention, trust and introduce them to commercial products and services, often delivered in partnership with major brands such as Vodafone, Amazon, Microsoft and EE. They work with over 600 partners to service the communications needs of 1000s of end-user businesses including many globally recognised household names as such this is a fast moving and highly professional environment where you’ll learn new skills and gain knowledge every day! The Role Mapping markets, research and partner identification Partner qualification and scoping Fact finding and service / product identification Presentation of new product offerings - webinars / meet ups Product training Customer Account Management and Relationship Management New business development Working to outcomes and KPI’s Generating sales and revenues Essential skills we’re looking for A genuine interest in technology and the technology industry Highly analytical approach to problem-solving A curious mind, someone who loves to know how things work Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Strong organisational and time-management abilities Creativity and commercial awareness A collaborative and proactive approach Excellent Microsoft Office skills Excellent Internet and IT skills, everything is cloud-base.
