Customer Success Manager required by our client, the leading company in the fast growth Employee Engagement market. Every day their platform allows customers to decentralize and reach their teams with relevant news and information in real-time. The Customer Success Manager will be joining a company that already has 100+ customers (some of the largest companies in the world) and hundreds of thousands of their employees worldwide and has only just begun. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own and lead the EMEA-based customer engagements, with the potential to move into a team management role in 6-12 months. The Customer Success Manager must have the confidence, skills, and experience to partner with customers as well as the willingness, energy, and technical ability to roll up your sleeves and work directly with the platform. Customer Success Manager RESPONSIBILITIES Own and lead multiple, simultaneous customer engagements at various stages throughout the customer lifecycle. Establish an account strategy to meet the client's organizational business objectives and drive account growth and retention. Identify opportunities for use cases, integrations, and program expansion. Drive the account strategy by coordinating between internal and client teams to build business cases for broader use of the platform, managing technical implementation projects, and demonstrating ROI. Expand the presence within the client organization by developing strong relationships with executives and stakeholders. Drive adoption of key product functionality by aligning capabilities with desired outcomes. Hire and manage additional Engagement Managers in London. Customer Success Manager QUALIFICATIONS 7-10 years of system implementation, SI consulting or change management experience as a senior consultant and/or engagement manager. Demonstrated ability to manage engagement-wide scope of work. Demonstrated client relationship, communication and presentation skills. Strong project management skills and proven ability to execute against a defined methodology and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline Strong skills in data analysis/manipulation. Ability to lead client training sessions both remote and on-site. A proven track record of influencing senior management and executives toward the desired outcome.
