Job Description:

Provide world class technical support to a wide range of high profile enterprises. Troubleshoot end user issues; implements and delivers new software builds to clients efficiently and effectively. Product Technical Support: Provide Level 1 & 2 product support (Support Centre ticket, Customer Care Centre tickets, email, Instant Message chat, and/or phone calls) for both customers and Assima staff. Manage and perform Technical Validations as part of extension configuration. Assist Infrastructure Engineer with cloud environment provisions and setup. Support the technical aspects of customer product implementations: Lead authentication setups with customers. Lead customer Assist & Train deployment strategies. Lead construction of Assist screen recognition XML files. Assist with cloud customer and internal environment upgrades. Pass regression information to QA team. Administrate Jira Service Desk cloud portal. Participate as a technical representative in Sales/Presales activities.Infrastructure Engineer: Provide Level 1 & 2 product support (Support Centre ticket, Customer Care Centre tickets, email, Instant Message chat, and/or phone calls) for both customers and Assima staff. Work with DevOps to lead and support customer and internal cloud environment provisions. Support the technical aspects of customer product implementations: Lead authentication setups with customers. Manage customer and internal cloud environment backup strategies.Requirements Fluent in English. Bonus points for French, German, Spanish. Ability to work with a sense of urgency completing assigned tasks and projects Strong infrastructure/process design, problem-solving, and analytical skills Software troubleshooting and product release testing Effective writing and editorial skills Knowledge with using learning tools and best practices to support a client's project Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) Three years minimum experience in public or private cloud (Azure, AWS, IBM, Google Cloud, etc.) Experience with SQL databases, web servers, and virtual machine solutions Experience with HTML/XML/JavaScript and systems/web application integration Benefits Competitive salary Dynamic work environment Flexible hours Medical/Dental insurance Office perks
