Are you a Business Graduate looking for your next role? If so, this may be the role for you! My client in Shrewsbury has a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Business and IT Administrator to join their team on a 15-month fixed term contract. It is a full-time position, Monday-Thursday (phone number removed), Friday (phone number removed), paying between £18,000-£21,000 per annum. Duties: Database * Maintain the admin and content of the CRM System * Administer the CRM’s data cleaning procedures, including adding/removing company and contact records, updating company profiles, customer preferences and customer tracking * Maintain the database integrity, ensuring upgrades are implemented in a timely manner. * Distribute knowledge of changes to database related legislation and how change should be implemented across the association i.e. data protection/GDPR * Keep the CRM database structure in-line with the Associations data requirements Membership * Keep the membership section of the website up-to-date * Be the first point of contact for new members * Account manage new members by engaging with them to enhance their membership through joining sectoral groups, events, training opportunities and signposting them to other members who are relevant to their business purposes * Safeguarding member retention by seeking ways to enhance the membership experience of members such as an annual phone calls to the main member contacts, surveys and member only questionnaires, to help increase the value of the membership to existing members * Work with the marketing team to create member communications to highlight new products and services for new and existing members IT * Be the first point of call for IT issues for the Office * Undertake IT system renewals and set up procedures * Maintain accurate IT records and inventories as necessary, i.e. computer reference numbers, machine upgrade dates Requirements: * Experience in a similar role * Good analytical and technical skills * Strong IT skills * Good communication skills, both written and verbal * Experience of successfully using and maintaining a CRM software For more information or to apply for this role please contact Jess.
