The main focus of this role will be to:- * Conduct industry research through working directly with clients, prospects and analysing implementation patterns to identify business problems to be solved * Create a long-term vision and product roadmap for the UK market * Lead a team of Product resources, responsible for providing work direction and serving as a mentor * Define product release scope and high-level feature requirements * Collaborate with the Design and Development teams to turn Product requirements into reality * Work with the business prior to product launch to ensure the business is ready to sell, implement, support and promote the new features * Support the organisation as a subject matter expert The individual in this role should have:- * Experience managing a complex high net worth product offered to a global client base. * A Bachelor's degree or similar * A thorough understanding of Software-as-a Service (SaaS) business model * Experience with Agile / SCRUM product development methodologies This is a remarkable opportunity to join an organisation at one of the most exciting times in its history as they embark on taking their already massively successful product into new industry sectors and geographical areas.
