Job Description:

My client who are an innovative technology and connectivity company which provides infrastructure solutions are in need of a Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. You will be a direct resource to respond to customers technical inquiries and problems via, telephone, email and a web based system. You will ensure that that client expectations are correctly managed and will provide 2nd line support. Requirements * Minimum 3 years experience of working in a similar role. * Prior experience of supporting applications on Linux. * Strong web application experience. * Understanding of Oracle and SQL Server. * Industry certifications such as; CCNA, CCNP, MCP, MSSE. * Knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery Framework
